Lowcountry Indie Shorts 8 - Day 1
It's that time again. Lowcountry Indie Shorts is South Carolina's short film festival, presenting local, regional, national, and international shorts. This year's fest will take place at the Terrace Theater, and admission is $7 general admission and $5 for film society members for each block of films. Red Carpet members get free admission to the entire fest. Actual showtimes will be posted closer to the event date.

The story follows a young girl, suffering from psychosis, who goes off her medication and leaves a bleak metropolis to immerse herself in a vibrant oceanic cove. Ultimately, the story is about the young girl’s impossible predicament, where she can not live in either the fantastical and haunting world of psychosis or in the marginalizing society that mandates her medication.

Set 6000 years the future, Robbie charts the existential reflections of an aging robot drifting alone through space on the last of his battery life. All footage was culled from the NASA archives and edited to create the film.
